This can include the use of existing order placement, order progress, and stock control portals or the development of bespoke web based order placement portals to allow customer, salespersons or resellers to place orders directly and the data used to allow the products or services to be provisioned to meet a wide range of requirements.
As customers require a complete solution and resellers are looking to reduce onsite installation time, North Supply provide a product / system pre staging service that includes hardware assembly, software install, customer template application / configuration service, testing and DOA checking prior to shipment. The progress of each system is tracked and displayed in real time to provide installation partners real time visibility of when the system will be ready for dispatch.
